Gotta be FFVII for the win folks. Colours, breeding, racing, the fact that you need to breed a golden one to get access certain secrets...best implmentation yet.

yeah but if your going to be talking about graphics i would go with FFX, and the armour ones in the FMV's

I'm going for FF7. Chocobo racing beats anything Chocobos have done in the other games, in my opinion. There was also the biggest variety in Chocobo colors, if I'm not mistaken (though I did see a brown Chocobo in FF12 the other day...). FF12 would be next because of how they're like war steeds. The armor is great.
