Just finished reading The Tempest for the first time. Great play - and I love how there's such a mixture of narrative elements that cohere in a fashion that only Shakespeare could pull off. I think this one'll end up being a favorite.
I'm starting on "The Lone Ranger and Tonto Fistfight in Heaven" which is a collection of short stories by Sherman Alexie, titled after one of his best short stories. I feel like many of the selections are hit-or-miss - or maybe Alexie just isn't my cup of tea.
And I'm also trying to finally read through Pride and Prejudice. It's not that I find it difficult or bad - in fact I really enjoy what I've read of it. But I always end up getting busy or distracted, so I've probably reread the first five chapters about six times now.

I was reading Lolita a while ago, but I decided to switch to Fight Club after I bought the book yesterday at a bookstore downtown.
I'm REALLY enjoying this book. There's just....something about Chuck Palahniuk's work.

Robert Jordan's "Wheel of Time" - the third Book ("The Dragon Reborn") ^^
Quite good, but I liked the second book more, so I have few motivation to read on. But if you like fantasy books, you should give it a try! ^^
Today I got Ruth Prawer Jhabvala's "Heat and Dust". Please don't wonder, I wouldn't read it if it wasn't for an essay about it. ^^" But I'm very interested, for it is about India. ^^

Anna Karenina by Tolstoy.
It's an absolutely fabulous book. It's superbly written. The world and the characters seen so real and believable, you feel as if you are there. The translation is very good, and not too many patronymics so far. But I haven't read all that much of it, so as long as there aren't too many more characters I should be fine with them.

I bought 'Adrian Mole: From Minor to Major' a couple of weeks ago. Its all the first three books in one.
Right now I'm upto the second book; The Growing Pains of Adrian Mole. It's well funny.

Currently reading Watership Down. Great book, very realistic, apart from the fact that they're all rabbits
It's fantastically written, very detailed, and goes into great depth of some of the language the rabbits use. If you ever come across it in a bookshop, I recommend it.

Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six.
Though in a few days it will be Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell, due to the fact it takes so god damn long to import the books from america!!

I haven't read anything for ages, Im dissapointed in myself
Anyway, Im currently reading a book called 'Don't tell mummy' It's realy quite disturbing. Its a true story of a girl that was abused by her dad and her mum just turned a blind eye to it and let it happen. I'm about halfway through and I'm dreading it getting worse a it seems to have been doing
