Has anyone else read this manga?

I picked up the first issue a few months ago and I read it, but it seems a little confusing.

Can someone explain to me EXACTLY what it is about cause I can't seem to understand it very well.

no sorry i havent read it yet can anyone point out a good website so i can order some manga books because i lost a few and never got the chance to read them so i f any one can help that would be great
