they are going to have someone completely new, at least for now. I still believe, they will find a way to bring him back

I think that would be too predictable and unreal, it's like bringing back Aeris

The current team on Captain America is one of the best right now and CA is consistently one of the the best Marval comics atm even after Caps death, I've not read it for a few months though so I didn't see this coming. It'll be interesting to see how this pays off.
However although I doubt this is Rogers himself I wouldn't put it past Marvel to bring him back at some point even if it doesn't make sense, they've done it multiple times with other characters in the past.

well let's see they've already done it once. they brought half of the x-men back to life, let alone spiderman. the thing with comic nowadays is resurrection. but they will probably wait a few years to do something with it.

They killed Spider-Man? I don't remember that! I know they "killed" Aunt May and Norman Osborn which were complete fails but I never knew Spidey bit the bullet beyond Ben Reilly.

yeah I never knew that either until they started talking about it before the Civil War set. apparantly he died, and when he was brought back to life his abilities were enhanced and he didn't need web shooters anymore.
And back to the Cap. I've reserved my copy for issue 34 if you want me to tell you about it when I get it just say so.

I'm not too sure one when Spidey died, I didn't read any comics for a few years, so I'm guessing it was during the late 90's or early millenium. The only reason I know about it is that they say it in about 5 times in different comic books.

I mind when this happened when you mentioned about gaining abilities, it was from a story arc within the last 6 years or something when Pete was supposed to be an incarnation of some Spider God or such rubbish and did die and was reborn with enhanced abilities like organic shooters and I believe he con pop poisonous barbs out of his arms now too.

Captain America has always been my favorite comic book superhero. He's badass, dudes. I had heard on the Colbert Report that he was killed. Lame...
I had not heard that they're making a "new" Captain America.
