Moments ago, I was playing Final Fantasy pieces on the piano and I was hit by a truly incredible feeling of nostalgia.

I have been playing To Zanarkand on the piano for 7 years now, ever since I first discovered the series in 2005. As my fingers followed their familiar route, touching those familiar notes, my mind went back to those evenings spent on my keyboard and the time I spent trying to learn more complex pieces like Rikku's Theme (which I should really attempt now I'm better!) ...

I have far too many. Right now, I’m listening to the Pokemon Theme; there’s a video of my friends and I dancing/singing along with this in various places at school! I was one of the cool kids… Earlier on, I was listening to Hakuna Matata and promptly remembered the time a friend and I danced to Disney music for an hour at 1am. Living away from home at Uni had its advantages!

Ah, a blog post, why not? I used to do this sort of thing all the time, although the majority of my entries are quite embarrassing to read now! My ideas were either far too romanticised or just a little bit whiny.
