Let's speculate. I think that the youngest member of the Turks is 16? (this is in BC) In AC, it's pretty much a given that Reno is older than Cloud and Tifa. Just because he looks young doesn't really mean anything. (remember, they bishiefied him :3)

So... the youngest Reno could possibly be is 26. BC takes place seven years before FF7, and AC takes place two years after FF7.

I think Reno would be at least 24 or rather Cloud's peer.
