Adventure The first game to be released in the Seiken Densetsu series. Its gameplay is roughly similar to that of the original Legend of Zelda game, but with the addition of role-playing statistical elements.

i remember it i used to have it. it was pretty cool. there are no random battles , you just walk around and slash your sword or axe or whatever weapon you wanted

Those were the first three SaGa games. I think the first game is called Makaitoushi SaGa in Japan. Second was SaGa 2: Hihou Densetsu, third was SaGa 3: Jikuu no Hasha.

The series later spawned games such as Romancing Saga 1-3, SaGa Frontier 1-2 and Unlimited Saga.
