No, I just think that Square is so stupid for making this confusing plot hole... Anything at all can happen. For all we know, Aerith could come back, fall in love with Cloud, and then kill him. Whoops, it was Sephiroth transforming his image into something else again. That bastard...

anyho, Avin, I'm just saying this because it's the most plausible explaination and because Kadaj is a 'remnant' of sephiroth. Basically, he and the other 'wonder brothers' were created by sephiroth's conscience. Sephiroth wanted to return to the living, but wasn't powerful enough. In his attempts to return to the living as a whole being, he failed, and his physical self was split into 3. Since kadaj is already a part of Sephiroth's pure will, the sword is made as well as an extension of himself.

His physical self was split into 3, after Cloud defeated him in the Lifestream(end of FFVII). Then he used his will to create the SHM. This was his first attempt to return, and it was successful(like the end of AC show us). |
